Payment<\/h3><p>Payments can be made by credit card, MB Way, PayPal, or Multibanco.<br \/>All payments received are managed by the system called Eupago.pt.<\/p><p><strong>Retraction:<\/strong> The order can be changed by email for 30 minutes.<br \/>Please always check your personal data and the list of items before confirming payment.<\/p><p>After this step, your order will be modifiable for 30 minutes via email only. <a href=\"mailto:nutrimaxpt@gmail.com\">nutrimaxpt@gmail.com<\/a> (Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).<\/p><p>After this period, if you choose to cancel, you will have to wait to receive your package in order to return it.<\/p><p><strong>Withdrawal period:<\/strong> 14 days to return products.<\/p><p>Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you change your mind, you can return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt.<\/p><p>Only sealed products are accepted, except in the case of a reported issue with a product (shipping error on our part or defect).<\/p><p>The return must include a delivery note, otherwise, a simple document with your contact details and\/or your order number. This will allow us to identify you correctly.<\/p><p>The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the user.<\/p><p>In all cases, we do not refund the transportation costs incurred at the time of the request.<\/p><h3>2. Refund Methods<\/h3><p>In case of refusal, a refund will be issued exclusively in the form of credit for future orders.<\/p><p>In case of an incident with a product (shipping error on our part or defect), you can request that we return the product to <em><strong>Nutrimax<\/strong><\/em> on our own.<br \/>This will be done as soon as the problem is confirmed, offering you a refund, credit, or a new shipment of the product, as you prefer.<\/p><p><strong>To which address should I return the products?<\/strong><\/p><p>For return requests related to the cancellation of sealed products or issues with them, please send us an email so we can provide the return address.<\/p><h3>3. Regulation<\/h3><p>The products presented on this site are not medicines.<\/p><p>They are nutritional supplements, considered as such in various European Union countries, which benefit from the freedom of intra-Community movement.<\/p><p>It is your responsibility to check the legal status of the products in question in the country where you reside.<\/p><p>These products are not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat disease.<\/p><p>If you are sick, consult a doctor.
