Terms of sale
1. Payment
Payments can be made by credit card, MB Way, PayPal, or Multibanco.
All payments received are managed by the system called Eupago.pt.
Retraction: The order can be changed by email for 30 minutes.
Please always check your personal data and the list of items before confirming payment.
After this step, your order will be modifiable for 30 minutes via email only. nutrimaxpt@gmail.com (Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).
After this period, if you choose to cancel, you will have to wait to receive your package in order to return it.
Withdrawal period: 14 days to return products.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you change your mind, you can return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt.
Only sealed products are accepted, except in the case of a reported issue with a product (shipping error on our part or defect).
The return must include a delivery note, otherwise, a simple document with your contact details and/or your order number. This will allow us to identify you correctly.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the user.
In all cases, we do not refund the transportation costs incurred at the time of the request.
2. Refund Methods
In case of refusal, a refund will be issued exclusively in the form of credit for future orders.
In case of an incident with a product (shipping error on our part or defect), you can request that we return the product to Nutrimax on our own.
This will be done as soon as the problem is confirmed, offering you a refund, credit, or a new shipment of the product, as you prefer.
To which address should I return the products?
For return requests related to the cancellation of sealed products or issues with them, please send us an email so we can provide the return address.
3. Regulation
The products presented on this site are not medicines.
They are nutritional supplements, considered as such in various European Union countries, which benefit from the freedom of intra-Community movement.
It is your responsibility to check the legal status of the products in question in the country where you reside.
These products are not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat disease.
If you are sick, consult a doctor. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 12 years of age, and individuals undergoing medical treatment should generally avoid consuming nutritional supplements unless recommended by a healthcare professional.
